# Vehicles Manager

> A live readiness board for small fleets. Status, shops, and inspections — $2.99 per vehicle. Not GPS.

Vehicles Manager keeps one row per vehicle and three states only: ready, shop, and next service. It is the morning board for shops of about 10 to 200 vehicles. The first month is free.

## When to use this

Use Vehicles Manager when dispatch and the shop both write a status and the yard still sends a van that is already marked shop. It is the right tool for a readiness list, a branch column, and inspection dates that must be visible before 07:00.

Do not use Vehicles Manager for GPS tracking, fuel cards, insurance, rental rates, or seat booking. Those are different jobs. If the question is "where is the van on a map", this product will not answer it. If the question is "can this van leave the yard", it will.
