Vehicle Manager stores the fleet data you type or import: vehicles, sites, shops, inspection dates, and files you attach to a vehicle book.

Sign-in uses Google. We keep your email so owners can invite people and so receipts can be sent. We do not sell lists. We do not put a tracker in a vehicle.

Fleet records sit in a database in the United States. Files you attach to a service book stay with that record. We do not use the fleet for ads.

Payments, when enabled, go through PayPlus in Israel. Card numbers never sit on our servers. Receipts are stored as a billing event on your workspace.

The owner of a board can export vehicles, service books, and a full backup from the app. To delete a board, the owner deletes it in the app. To delete an account and every board you own, email hello@vehiclemanager.shop. We remove that data within 30 days unless a paid invoice must be kept for tax.
