What we hear first
- We already have a scheduler
- The scheduler books the ride. The board says whether the van can go. Those are different 6 a.m. questions.
- We only have a dozen vans
- That is the point. You do not need a transit stack. You need to know what is fit before dispatch sends it.
- No time to set up
- Paste the list. Fifteen minutes. First month with no card.
Dispatch sends what the schedule lists. The driver finds out on the road that the van never rolled.
